California's Valued Trust offers medical plan choices through Anthem Blue Cross, dental coverage through Delta Dental and vision benefits through VSP to those employees who are eligible.  To login to your MyCVT account or find benefit providers (Click Here).

 

 

2023-2024 Insurance Rates/ Plans 

 

American Fidelity Insurance Company is the District provider for Section 125 plans, which offers FSAs, disability income, cancer, life, accident insurance plans, and more.   These plan choices are completely optional to all Antelope Elementary School staff members.  Check out the American Fidelity website (Click Here), or contact the Payroll department to learn more.
